3 full bathrooms - hair dryers in every bathroom.
Bath and hand towels.

Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms - 2 have queen size beds.
Upstairs bedroom has a “Day Bed” with “Trundle” which makes the bed into a queen.
27” TV's in all bedrooms/DVD's in all bedrooms, with front a/v inputs.
Sheets, pillows, extra blankets for 10 people.
Ceiling fans in 2 lower level bedrooms.
Decks off of both lower level bedrooms.
Irons and ironing boards in lower bedrooms.

Winter Rates:
Any two (2) nites - $1150.00
$275.00 each additional nite
Seventh (7th ) day – free
Seven day weekly rental - $ 2250.00

Holiday Rentals:
Three (3) nite minimum for:
New Years - $400.00 extra
Christmas - $200.00 extra
Martin Luther King - $100.00 extra
Presidents Day - $200.00 extra

Seven (7) day week - $1000.00
